Copperbar loading system

ith the Boschert loading system for flat material e.g. copper bars, we offer a space saving automated loading to our CuProfi and CuMaster machines. The loading takes place from the loading table by a suction frame onto the machine table. From there it is automatically transported to the machine's starting position. Finished parts are placed on the removal position via a slide or a conveyor belt. The Boschert loader can also be combined with an automatic sheet metal storage system KASTO ecostore for long goods 4 or 6 m (5-72 spaces).

Loader for CuProfi/CuMaster:

Depending on the working direction, the loader is located on the right or left side of the punching machine. The loading table can be designed as a fixed table with adjustable material widths or as a table for individual stacks with additional support and removal from the wooden crate (box).


The loader is made up of the following components:

Quick-change suction frames with vacuum system
Software job list for different material widths
Automatic clamps adjustment option for CuProfi is recommended (standard for CuMaster)
