Point Point Point

With the Boschert loading and unloading system, you can automate your Boschert punching machine or combination machine in a space-saving way. During loading, different vacuum circuits are activated depending on the sheet size entered. This allows you to handle various sheet formats and safely transfer them to the clamping system on the machine table. Finished parts can be discharged via a good-parts chute or the unloading table.

Loading system

The loader is located on the right side of the punching machine. It replaces the front table and, together with the add-on tables, forms a complete integrated unit.

The loading system consists of the following components:

• Loading table
• Suction frame with vacuum system
• Sheet thickness measurement
• Transport cart for sheet stacks

Unloading system

The unloader is located on the left side of the punching machine. It replaces the front table and, together with the add-on tables, forms a complete integrated unit.

The unloading system consists of the following components:

• Unloading table
• Stacking table
• Unloading rake
• Skeleton sheet storage area

• Maximum sheet thickness: 6 mm
• Maximum loading height: 80 mm

Required floor space for the loading table (in front of the machine):
