The Boschert loading system for CuProfi and CuMaster enables space-saving and efficient automation of copper processing. Specifically developed for the machining of copper busbars, copper rods, and flat material, the system ensures a continuous material flow while reducing manual intervention to a minimum.

Automatic Loading of Copper Busbars and Flat Material
Material is transferred from the loading table to the Boschert CuProfi or CuMaster machine table via an intelligent suction frame with a vacuum system. The machine then positions the material automatically at the defined starting position for processing.

Space-Saving Automation for Modern Manufacturing Processes

The integrated software supports the management of different material widths and production jobs via user-friendly job lists. This reduces setup times and simplifies production workflows.
Automatic clamp adjustment
For the Boschert CuProfi, the optional automatic clamp adjustment is recommended. For the Boschert CuMaster, this feature is already included as standard. This enables automatic processing of different material dimensions without manual retooling.

For an even higher level of automation, the Boschert loading system can be combined with the KASTO ecostore automatic long material storage system. Depending on configuration, the storage system offers 5 to 72 storage locations and ensures fully automated material supply.
The combination of storage technology and Boschert copper processing machines enables largely unmanned production and maximizes the productivity of the entire manufacturing line.
